  • OCD

    Dr. Boswell offers consultation and supervision on Exposure and Response Prevention, which is considered the gold standard for OCD treatment. She also employs the use of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness, and Distress Tolerance skills as additional supports in the treatment process.

  • Autism Spectrum

    Dr. Boswell uses a combination of skills and therapy tools to accurately asses and formulate treatment plans related to individual needs. Her diverse experiences provide guidance and insight for those wanting more specialized training to help individuals and families navigate this diagnosis and treatment more effectively.

  • ADHD and Anxiety Disorders

    Consultations are aimed at supporting accurate diagnosis and effective treatment of these issues. Specialized support in better understanding of these issues, choosing which tools will best support the individual and how to most effectively and creatively implement these tools helps parents, professionals, teachers, and organizations support individuals in success.

  • Insomnia

    Dr. Boswell provides CBTi (CBT for insomnia) consultation and supervision. This is a short-term treatment modality (4-8 weeks) shown to be effective for people with primary insomnia (insomnia as the sole problem) and secondary insomnia (comorbid with other chronic illnesses o.r psychiatric conditions).

  • Parent Training/Coaching

    Dr. Bowell has been providing Parent Management training formally and informally for over a decade in various clinical roles and for various agencies. This training and consultation service addresses issues of psychoeducation related to psychiatric conditions and behavioral problems in children, teens, and parents of adult children. This service also aims to support professionals and parents in taking steps towards improving family functioning and parent-child relationships.

  • CBT and Behavior Management

    Dr. Boswell’s expertise on CBT and Behavioral strategies dates back over a decade. She provides supervision, consultations, and training on the conceptualization and treatment formulation from a CBT or behavioral perspective. This includes expertise in the effective use of CBT and behavioral strategy implementation and adjustment. Her background includes specialty training in ABA, DBT, Cognitive processing, exposure therapies, behavior modification, ACT, and more.
